Blessed Virgin Mary Dedication

We have all the plans finalized for Sunday’s Blessed Virgin Mary shrine dedication. Father Eric will be leading the prayer and blessing ceremony at the site following the 11:15 mass this Sunday the 11^th and Cassidy from the church choir will be singing Ave Maria. I plan to recognize and  thank all the volunteers and donors at the ceremony.

Important instructions:

1. The 4^th degree Knights will lead the procession to the shrine in regalia and we expect to have at least 4-5 4^th degree Knights in attendance. Those planning to attend can wear their tuxes and baldric to mass but no cape, hat, or sword until the actual ceremony. Plan to meet in the St. Susanna room in the Undercroft no later than 12:00 on the 11^th to get dressed and instructions on our marching.
2. Other Knights wanting to attend the shrine dedication that do not have regalia can also meet us in the St. Susanna room at noon or just outside the basement door at 12:15 to follow the 4^th degree knights. Please wear your council shirt for the event.
3. Other guests wanting to attend meet at 12:15 just outside the basement door by the steps to follow the other congregation members. Hope to see John and the Scouts, fellow Knights, Booster and Women’s Association meeting there as well.
4. I need 3 KOC volunteers to help parishioners using the elevator to the Undercroft to man and direct guests to the basement door leading to the steps. Please let me know who can help ASAP
